The Tapestry, a 12-story 185-unit apartment building, is on its way to becoming East Harlem’s first LEED Gold certified residential rental development. Jonathan Rose Companies, LLC and Lettire Construction Corporation developed this building in part of the 125th Street River to River Rezoning, a multi-city agency effort to permeate the area with cultural, retail, entertainment, and residential uses.
